To enact market transformation and propel this system forward, collaborating with regional governments and key stakeholders is essential. This involves creating coalitions that promote faster adoption and integration of these principles in various regions and healthcare systems. By working together, these coalitions can create a movement that uses the network economy for health data to bring diverse data to the forefront and make significant progress in global healthcare. To realize this vision, several critical enablers must be addressed, as gaps in these areas could impede progress.3.1 Comprehensive health data environment Eight enablers for digital healthcare transformation FIGURE 1 Standardization and interoperability Standardizing data and ensuring interoperability are crucial for high-quality and equitable healthcareData rights and governance Stakeholders must have ownership of/access to their health data, empowering them to take control of their outcomes.
