--> --> The circus should be going `out of town' "The Circus is Coming To Town" is a bit of news that concerned, compassionate patrons should carefully examine. The Sterling and Reid Circus, for example, will be in the area this coming weekend. The USDA has cited that operation many times over the past few years for inflicting negligent and cruel actions on the animals and/or for endangering spectators. Even circus animals have the right to be treated humanely and the spectators should never be put at risk.
