An accurate accounting of tourists is hard to come by Visitors are one of the most important commodities in Ashland’s economy. They stay in local hotels, patronize local shops, eat at local restaurants and attend the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. But does anyone in Ashland really know how much of this valuable commodity the city enjoys?
