Yep, there are only three countries in the world where your boss is probably a woman, and they are all in the western hemisphere. Second is Colombia and third is St. Luica. According to the World Economic Form , the United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland and Norway make up the top countries where women hold over 20% of board seats. Portugal, India and the United Arab Emirates all combine for the worst countries in this regard with under 5%.
