--> --> Three-way stop installed at North Mountain intersection Ashland Daily Tidings Drivers on North Mountain Avenue who previously drove straight through the avenue's intersection with B Street now will find stop signs. Crews installed the stop signs on North Mountain Avenue on Friday in order to give drivers time to adapt to the change before students return to school Monday, city officials said. A stop sign already existed on B Street, which intersects with North Mountain Avenue in a T formation. The intersection is now a three-way stop. The increased number of stop signs will lead to greater safety, especially since Ashland Fire & Rescue will be housed temporarily on B Street during the construction of a new fire station, city officials said.
