Existing Unsignaliz ed Intersection Traffic Operations Of the 39 unsignalized intersections evaluated as part of the City ’s Level of Service study and presented in Table 3-9, 11 have at least one stop-controlle d approach or m ovem ent that exceeds LOS D. Intersections with approaches or m ovem ents exceedi ng LOS D are candidates for signalization or all way stop control. Som e intersections have very low m inor street volum es with relatively high major street volum es.
