Emergency services, Feb. 3 Friday Feb 3, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Jeffrey Eugene Filwider, 29, of the 2600 block of West Main Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Fulwider Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine, and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous meth-possession charge. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Lon Burtis Delaney, 58, of the first block of Quail Run Drive, Shady Cove. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Delaney Tuesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and first-degree possession of a forged instrument, and for violating his probation on a previous meth-possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Cashelle June Miles, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Miles Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing, interfering with police, carrying a concealed weapon, on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of interfering with police, and on out-of-county warrants for recklessly endangering, fourth-degree assault, reckless driving and hit-and-run. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Stephen Shaw Scates, 50, of the 1900 block of Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Scates Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. He remained lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Child Pornography — Travis Allan Cheyne, 28, of the 100 block of Cottage Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Cheyne Wednesday on felony charges of first- and second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse and luring a minor.  He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $100,000 bail. Hit-and-run — Michael Anthony Schalz-Hall, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Schalz-Hall Wednesday on a felony charge of failing to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, attempted second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $16,500 bail. Vehicle Theft — Jordan Montana Huskey, 23, of the 4900 block of Upper River Road, Grants Pass. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Huskey Wednesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released. Racketeering — Melodie Dawn Pinner, 36, of the 400 block of Fairmount Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Pinner Wednesday on felony warrants charging her with racketeering, aggravated identity theft and 58 counts of identity theft. She remained lodged in jail Thursday on $1 million bail. Theft — Dylan James Stradford, 29, of the 5000 block of West Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Stradford Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree theft, possessing heroin and methamphetamine. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $25,000 bail. Rape — Alejandro Gaona-Delacruz, 29, of the 200 block of West Bolz Road, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Gaona-Delacruz Thursday on three additional felony counts of third-degree rape. Ashland police originally arrested Gaona-Delacruz Dec. 14 on felony charges of first-degree rape and first-degree unlawful sexual penetration. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $522,500 bail. Drugs — Tamara Delaney Stevenson, 30, of the 400 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. Central Point police arrested Stevenson Wednesday  on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday on her own recognizance. Sexual Abuse — Robert J. Cano, 72, of the 2100 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Cano Wednesday on two felony charges of first-degree sexual abuse. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $250,000 bail. Vehicle Theft — Matthew Michael Andress, 32, of the 800 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Andress Wednesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous heroin-possession charge and for violating his parole on a previous conviction for possessing a Schedule II controlled substance. He remained lodged in the jail Thursday without bail. Elude — Twyla Fay Jacobson, 41, of the 1000 block of East 11th Street, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Jacobson Wednesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving and on a sanction for violating her probation on a previous meth-possession conviction. She remained lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Natasha Marie Gourneau, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Gourneau Wednesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. She was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Joe Randall Thompson, 23, of the 100 block of Second Avenue, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Thompson Thursday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, and for violating his probation on a previous meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Sexual Abuse — Bruce Steven Jones, 58, of the 700 block of West 11th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Jones Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree sexual abuse and on felony warrants for attempted first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $1 million bail. Assault — Jonathan Taylor Arce, 33, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Arce Thursday on felony charges of third-degree assault and first-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor charge of menacing and for violating his parole on a previous fourth-degree assault conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Andy Joe Francis, 61, of the 1100 block of Kelly Street, Medford. On Thursday, Francis made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Burglary — Levi Michael Wear, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Wear Thursday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and possessing methamphetamine and on a warrant for violating his probation on a meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Andrew Gallagher Norris, 28, of the 1800 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Norris Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing, third-degree theft, second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and harassment. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $28,500 bail. Crime reports Theft — 2200 block of Fairfield Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 6:48 a.m. Wednesday. A Black Rain Ordinance AR-15 was reported stolen and a sliding glass window was reported damaged. The loss and damage to the vehicle was valued at $2,450. Theft — 500 block of West Sixth Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Apple MacBook Air laptop at 5:42 p.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $1,000. Theft — 500 block of Effie Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen steamer truck at 7:59 p.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $2,500. Theft — 500 block of Parsons Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 11:32 p.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included a Moto smartphone, personal documents, green U.S. Army bag and yoga balls. The loss and damage to the vehicle was valued at $1,102.
