Emergency services, Jan. 2 Sunday Jan 1, 2017 at 8:55 PM Jan 1, 2017 at 8:55 PM Felony arrests DUII — Darrion Jeffrey Ward, 52, of 1200 block of Shafer Lane, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Saturday arrested Ward on charges of felony driving under the influence of intoxicants/alcohol, felony driving while suspended, and reckless driving. He was booked into Jackson County Jail and released due to overcrowding. Drugs — Allan Michael Scott Florea, 21, of the 500 block of W. 2nd St., Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Florea on a charge of methamphetamine possession and failure to appear for assault and two previous methamphetamine charges. He was booked into jail and released due to overcrowding. Drugs — Zachary Todd Hallen, 19, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Hallen on a charge of methamphetamine possession and failure to appear on a variety of other charges. He was booked into jail and released due to overcrowding. Rape — Christian Lee Nelson, 23, of Eagle Point. Sheriff's deputies Sunday arrested Nelson on a charge of third-degree rape, a parole violation and failure to appear on a previous theft charge. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail. Identity Theft —  Cleatus William Bigelow, 26, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Bigelow a charge of identity theft, a probation violation. He was lodged in jail.
