Medford police arrested Quintero on July 31 on charges of first-degree theft and being in the country illegally. She faced an added charge Tuesday of first-degree theft stemming from a Marion County warrant for her arrest. She was held in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Kathi Sorrine Coyle, 31, of the 3800 block of Antelope Road, White City. Medford police arrested Coyle Monday on a probation violation. She faced added charges Tuesday of possession and delivery of amphetamine, first-degree forgery and criminal possession of a forged instrument. She was held in jail without bail. Drugs — Dennis Wayne Carrithers, 40, of the 2700 block of Falcon Street, White City. Medford police arrested Carrithers Tuesday on charges of possession of amphetamine and violating probation conditions of a drug conviction. He was jailed without bail. Warrant — David Eric Patton, 41, of the 200 block of Haven Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Patton Tuesday on a warrant charging him with possession of amphetamine. He was jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail. Assault — Ruth Elizabeth Harelson, 32, of the 1300 block of Quincy Street, Ashland. Harelson appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging her with third- and fourth-degree assault, first-degree criminal mistreatment and physical harassment. She was booked in jail and released. Drugs — Saul Haro Fletes, 22, of the 100 block of North Third Street, Talent. Haro appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with two counts each of possession and delivery of amphetamine. He was booked in jail and released. Drugs — Willis Martin Wohlhuter, 37, of the 1100 block of Withington Street, Medford. Wohlhuter appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamine. He was booked in jail and released.
