Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend October 25, 2005 Emergency Services Felony arrests Assault — Dustin Ray Hubbard, 20, of the first block of Left Fork Humbug Creek Road, Applegate. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies late Sunday arrested Hubbard on charges of third-degree assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and endangering the welfare of another. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was released Monday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Robert Lee Jordan Sr., 50, of the 400 block of Plum Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Jordan on a charge of possession of methamphetamines. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was later released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Misty Dawn Perry, 29, of the 11000 block of Highway 140, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Sunday arrested Perry on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she was later released on her own recognizance. Drugs — John Joseph Galaviz, 19, of the 100 block of Eagle View Drive, Eagle Point. Medford police Monday arrested Galaviz on charges of possession of methamphetamine and carrying a concealed weapon. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $8,000 bail. Drugs — Jennelle Lynne Perry, 21, of the 100 block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. Perry made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on two counts of possession of methamphetamine. She was processed at the Jackson County Jail then released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Ginger Fay Myers, 44, of the 3100 block of Rainbow Lane, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Myers on charges of possession of methamphetamine and interfering with a police officer. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she was being held Monday in lieu of $9,000 bail. Miscellaneous Jail releases — A total of 68 inmates were released last week from the Jackson County Jail to meet its court-ordered cap of 230 inmates. Of those, 18 were released before their scheduled court appearances, none were granted an early release from a sentence and 50 were released for miscellaneous reasons.
