Traffic signal shutoff planned during Foothill Road project Mar 04, 2015 12:00 AM A A The traffic light at Foothill Road and Cedar Links Drive will be shut off from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today during right-of-way work by H2 Construction. Cars in the area will be directed by flag crews. Motorists could see minor delays and should consider alternate routes. For more information, call Medford Public Works at 541-774-2100.
