Emergency services, Nov. 17 Friday Nov 17, 2017 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Burglary — Joseph James Murdock, 38, of the 4000 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Murdock Thursday on additional felony charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft, possessing heroin and felon in possession of a firearm, and a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. Jackson County sheriff's deputies originally arrested Murdock Sept. 12 on felony charges of first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on warrants for failing to appear in court on prior charges of first- and second-degree theft. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $97,500 bail. Assault — Tyler Adam Green, 26, of the 3500 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Green Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and coercion, and on misdemeanor charges of harassment and interfering with someone making a police report. Theft — Daniel Lee Morgan, 24, of Lake Worth, Florida. On Thursday, Morgan made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on two felony counts of first-degree theft and two misdemeanor counts of third-degree theft. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Identity Theft — Tyson Lee Ceideburg, 26, of the 3800 block of Antelope Road, Medford. On Thursday, Ceideburg made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of identity theft and a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Sexual Abuse — Christopher Paul Gomez, 28, of the 200 block of Napa Street, Eagle Point. On Thursday, Gomez made his initial court appearance on three felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Assaulting an Officer — Richard Estrada Jr., 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Estrada Thursday on a felony charge of assaulting a police officer, on misdemeanor counts of harassment, interfering with police, possessing methamphetamine and resisting arrest and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft and first-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $47,500 bail. Elude — Michael James Robert Holden, 23, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Holden Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with attempting to elude police in a vehicle. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $7,500 bail.
