Jackson County sheriff's deputies Saturday arrested Hutton on charges of first-degree and second-degree assault as well as first-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of another. He was lodged Saturday in the Jackson County Jail on $212,500 bail. Identity theft — Jesse Steven Gallego, 35, of the 3000 block of Jumpoff Joe Creek Road, Grants Pass. Central Point police Friday arrested Gallego on charges of identity theft, initiating a false report, furnishing false information to police, second-degree theft and two counts each of fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree forgery. He was lodged Saturday in jail on $54,000 bail. Sex-offender registration — James William Wood, 32, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Wood on a warrant charging him with failing to register as a sex offender and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous attempted kidnapping conviction. He was lodged Saturday in jail without bail. Drugs — Charles Eric Jackson, 27, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Jackson on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and on a warrant for failing to appear on a previous drug charge. He was lodged Saturday in jail without bail. Drugs — Michael Edward Francis, Jr., 51, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Francis on a warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine. was lodged Saturday in jail on $5,000 bail. Fugitive — Jessica French Westling, 31, of the 400 block of Piller Place, Cave Junction. Medford police Saturday arrested Westling on a fugitive warrant out of California. She was lodged Saturday in jail without bail. Drugs — Angelica Erica Anaya, 34, of the 100 block of West Vilas Road, Central Point. Medford police Friday arrested Anaya on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on previous drug charges. She was lodged Friday in jail and released Saturday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Clifford Ray Rapstine, 24, no known address. Phoenix police Saturday arrested Rapstine on charges of possession of heroin, possession of a controlled substance in a school zone and three out-of-county drug warrants. He was lodged Saturday in jail on $45,000 bail. Burglary — Debrah Jeanne Spargur, 57, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Saturday arrested Spargur on a charge of first-degree burglary. She was lodged Saturday in jail on $20,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 2300 block of Finley Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report at 5:51 p.m. Friday of a burglary to a residence from which a laptop computer, video console and three wrapped Christmas presents were taken. The loss was valued at $1,911.
