Central Point police Friday added a charge of unlawful use of a motor vehicle against Thorne. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Burglary — Benjamin Franklin Siemens, 30, of the 200 block of Freeman Road, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Siemens on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree theft and stalking. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $28,000 bail. Assault — Andrew Steven Parmelee, 22, of the 600 block of Upper River Road, Gold Hill. Gold Hill police Friday arrested Parmelee on a charge of third-degree assault. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $25,000 bail. Warrant — Kelly Denell Randolph, 38, of the 3100 block of Lower River Road, Grants Pass. A sheriff's deputy Friday arrested Randolph on warrants charging her with two counts of identity theft and two counts of second-degree forgery. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Friday on $30,000 bail. Drugs — Andres Garcia-Palomino, 19, of the 3200 block of Antelope Road, White City. Garcia-Palomino appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Dale Allen Combs, 36, of the 300 block of South Stage Road, Medford. Combs appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Jonetta Platta, 45, of the 1200 block of Cherry Street, Central Point. Platta appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of a minor. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — James Dusenberry, 55, of the 1900 block of West Stewart Avenue, Medford. Dusenberry appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Patrick Lavern Wilson, 25, of the 100 block of North Pacific Highway, Talent. Wilson appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with three counts of fourth-degree felony assault, fourth-degree assault, giving false information to police and harassment. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Sandra Dee Windles, 45, of the 200 block of Eva Way, Talent. Windles appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Burglary, theft — Marc Aaron Greene, 35, of the 2200 block of Buena Vista Drive, Medford. Greene appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with two counts of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Burglary, theft — Corey Steven Maher, 23, of the 2700 block of Diane Street, Ashland. Ashland police Friday arrested Maher on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, second-degree theft, first-degree trespassing and a probation violation.
