Emergency services, April 1 Saturday Apr 1, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Assault — Gabriel Matthew Keylor, 19, of the 3000 block of Connell Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Keylor Thursday on felony charges of second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and assaulting a police officer, and on misdemeanor charges of menacing and fourth-degree assault. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $100,000 bail. Drugs — Charlotte Nichole Delarm, 44, of the 3400 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Delarm Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police, on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree forgery, possessing meth, identity theft and providing false information to police, and for violating her parole on a previous aggravated first-degree theft conviction. She remained lodged in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Lindsey Frances Hartsough, 34, of the first block of Emerick Street, Ashland. On Friday, Hartsough made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing oxycodone. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Victor Benjamin Villalobos Jr., 40, no known address. On Friday, Villalobos made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Juan Yonic Perez-Palafox, 30, of Sunnyside, Washington. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Perez-Palafox Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing cocaine. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Richard Allen Hon, 58, of the 1900 block of Elm Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Hon Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Friday on more than $1 million. Theft — Anthony Rebok Wright, 23, of the 200 block of North First Street, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Wright Friday on felony charges of first-degree theft and possessing heroin. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.
