Medford police arrested Dayton Friday on a charge of aggravated first-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Larry Lee Allen, 41, of the 3700 block of Jacksonville Highway, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Allen Saturday on charges of possession of codeine and driving with a suspended license. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $7,000 bail. Sex offense — Charles Anton Gunzel, 62, no address listed. A sheriff’s deputy arrested Gunzel Saturday on warrants charging him with failing to register his address and birthday as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night. Drugs — Sharon Lynn Watkins, 39, of the 300 block of North Ivy Street, Medford. a sheriff’s deputy arrested Watkins Saturday on a charge of possession of amphetamines and a warrant charging her with failure to appear on driving under the influence charges. Drugs — Tisha Kaline Watson, 24, of the 600 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Watson appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Wednesday on charges of possession of amphetamines and driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was booked into jail and released. Advertisement Drugs — Vincent Erle Mitchell, 22, of the 400 West Clark Street, Medford. Mitchell appeared in Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released. Fire calls Structure fire — 200 block of Kitty Drive, Shady Cove. Jackson County Fire District No. 4 firefighters responded to a call about 10:30 p.m. of a fire burning a shed and brush and threatening to spread to a home and wildland. They quickly controlled the blaze.
