Police reports, May 19-22 By Local report May 22, 2017 12:00 AM A A Friday, 8:23 a.m. — Police responded to a shoplift report in the 2300 block of Ashland Street. Friday, 8:31 a.m. — Police investigated a business burglary in the first block of Calle Guanajuato. Friday, 10:41 a.m. — Police conducted a confidential investigation in the Ashland area. Friday, 5:54 p.m. — Police took a report of a stolen bicycle at the intersection of Clay Creek and the bike path. Friday, 8:21 p.m. — A suspicious incident was reported at the intersection of Walker Avenue and Iowa Street. Friday, 8:37 p.m. — Police investigated a report of suspicious activity in the 600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Saturday, 1:54 a.m. — Police arrested a man for driving under the influence of intoxicants at the intersection of Lithia Way and North Pioneer Street and lodged him in detox. Saturday, 7:36 p.m. — Police investigated an unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and theft in the 2600 block of Takelma Way. Saturday, 8:34 p.m. — Police arrested a juvenile male in the 1600 block of Ashland Street on charges of third-degree theft and giving false information to a police officer. Saturday, 11:43 p.m. — Police arrested a man for driving under the influence of intoxicants in the 100 block of Lincoln Street and lodged him in Jackson County Jail. Sunday, 1:52 a.m. — A disorderly conduct call in the 100 block of Will Dodge Way led to a cite and release. Sunday, 2:35 a.m. — A subject at the intersection of South First and East Main streets was placed in protective custody and transported to detox. Sunday, 11:53 p.m. — Police arrested a man at the intersection of Faith Avenue and Clay Street on a charge of methamphetamine possession. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail. Monday, 4:01 a.m. — Police arrested a subject on a warrant in the 300 block of Oak Street.
