Emergency services, Oct. 8 Saturday Oct 8, 2016 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Burglary — Gary Lee Branam, 58, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Branam Thursday on felony warrants charging second-degree burglary and first-degree theft, misdemeanor warrants charging third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first- and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $20,000 bail. Drugs — Alex Roy Martinez, no known address. Medford police arrested Martinez Friday on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession, and for violating his parole on a prior meth possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Austin L. Rogers, 18, no known address. Medford police arrested Rogers Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of harassment, and for violating his probation on a previous fourth-degree assault charge. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Michael Ray Lockett, 50, of the 900 block of West 11th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Lockett Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in jail Friday on $10,000 bail. Theft — Carmen Lynn Acuna, 42, of the 900 block of Broad Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Acuna Friday on felony charges of first-degree theft and first- and second-degree forgery. She was booked in the jail Friday and released on her own recognizance. Kidnapping — Randy J. Bloom, 57, of the 1100 block of Dahlia Terrace, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Bloom Friday on felony warrants charging first- and second-degree kidnapping, first-degree burglary, second- and third-degree assault, and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail Friday on $500,000 bail. Drugs — Tyler Ryan Maxwell, 25, of the 2400 block of Terrmont Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Maxwell Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous meth possession charge. He was lodged in jail Friday on $15,000 bail.   Crime reports Theft — 800 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 3:10 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included a gun with black handle, four different knives, digital camera, radar detector and small lock box containing 20 keys. The loss was valued at $1,440. Theft — 800 block of King Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen jewelry at 6:36 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $1,000. Theft — 800 block of Vick Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 7:17 a.m. Friday. Construction tools were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $1,100. Theft — 2200 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 7:57 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included various men's clothing items, a black and red Ogio No-Drag motorcycle backpack and a gray and blue JanSport backpack. The loss was valued at $1,530.
