Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested McNamer Wednesday on additional felony charges of supplying contraband and possessing methamphetamine. She was originally arrested Tuesday for violating her parole on a prior unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction and on an out-of-county warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of driving while suspended. She remained held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail. Aggravated Harassment — Adam Lee Fisher, 37, of Springfield. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Fisher Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with aggravated harassment and on misdemeanor warrants for resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday after posting bail. Elude — Fabian Spencer Hernandez, 21, of the 2100 block of Falcon Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hernandez Tuesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of possessing meth. He remained held in jail Wednesday without bail. Drugs — Raymond Lloyd Young, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Young Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a prior second-degree burglary conviction. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail. Suspended Driving — Scott Carlyle Ekman, 34, of the first block of Dion Court, Shady Cove. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Ekman Wednesday on a felony charge of driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday without bail. Vehicle Theft — Matthew David Schmidt, 33, of Vancouver, Washington. On Wednesday, Schmidt made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree burglary, misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Marijuana — Andrew William Long, 39, of the 300 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. On Wednesday, Long made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of unlawfully possessing a marijuana item. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Jeffrey Eugene Fulwider, 31, of the 2600 block of West Main Street, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Fulwider Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a prior meth possession conviction. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail. Sex Offender — Russell Byron Hayes, 64, no known address. Medford police arrested Hayes Wednesday on a felony charge of failing to report as a sex offender and a misdemeanor charge of failing to report as a sex offender. He was held in jail Wednesday on $12,500 bail. Assault — Dyani Lea Torres, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Torres Wednesday on felony charges of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and coercion, and on misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was held in jail Wednesday on $25,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 1000 block of Narregan Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen 26-inch green Giant Peak 18-speed bike at 6:51 a.m. Tuesday. The loss and damage to a bike lock was valued at $43. Vandalism — 1300 block of West 10th Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of graffiti to a wood fence at 11:19 a.m. Tuesday. The damage was valued at $150. Theft — 100 block of North Front Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen iPhone X, iPhone 8 and black purse at 9:18 p.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $1,600. Theft — 1000 block of Reddy Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen BMX bike at 6:00 a.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $450. Theft — 700 block of South Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 12:57 p.m. Wednesday. Veggie chips were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $20. Theft — 200 block of South Ivy Street, Medford.
