Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Bryant-Lovrien Thursday on additional felony charges of attempted first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. Jackson County sheriff's deputies originally arrested Bryant-Lovrin on warrants charging failure to appear in court on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree burglary and second-degree theft, and for violating probation in another state on a previous unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. She remained in the Jackson County Jail Thursday without bail. Manslaughter — Vincent Santana DiCostanzo, 23, of the 700 block of Brookdale Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested DiCostanzo Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree manslaughter. DiCostanzo was originally arrested Sunday on a felony charge of heroin possession. He remained in the jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — William Joseph Paris Shepard, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Shepard Wedensday on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession and mail theft. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Juan Manuel Orozco, 46, of the 900 block of Northeast 11th Street, Grants Pass. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Orozco Thursday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine and heroin. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $1 million bail. Drugs — Alex Adrian Enriquez, 23, of the 1100 block of Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Enriquez Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and on warrants for violating his probation on previous felony fourth-degree assault, heroin possession and methamphetamine possession convictions. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Court Appearance — Charles Bernard Layton, 43, of the 2300 block of Highgate Street, Medford. On Thursday, Layton made a court appearance on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and a misdemeanor charge of reckless endangering. He was booked in the jail Thursday. Drugs — Stephanie Rayann Wilson, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Wilson Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous meth possession charge. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $16,000 bail. Vehicle Elude — Jason Scott Williams, 19, no known address. Medford police arrested Williams Thursday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $8,000 bail.
