New flight means 12 a day leave here for Portland SkyWest Airlines has added a daily flight between Medford and Portland. Starting April 4, SkyWest plans to expand round-trip service from five flights a day to six from Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport, airline and airport officials announced. SkyWest, based in St. George, Utah, operates as a United Express carrier at Medford under a marketing agreement with United Airlines. It uses 30-passenger EMB-120 Brasilia aircraft. The new flight increases service to Portland to 12 flights a day, with Horizon Air already scheduling six flights daily.
