Rogue River police arrested McFadden Tuesday on a felony charge of heroin possession and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and released on his own recognizance. Drug Possession —John Joseph Murphy, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Murphy Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor warrant on a charge of providing false information to police and for violating his probation on a previous heroin possession conviction. He was booked in the jail Tuesday without bail. Theft — Andre Elijah Cromwell, 23, of the 300 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Cromwell Tuesday on a felony warrant charging first-degree theft, and a misdemeanor warrant charging third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released on his own recognizance. Identity Theft — Anthony Dominic Morse, 29, of the 1000 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Morse Wednesday on five felony counts of identity theft, a felony count of first-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and six misdemeanor counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released on his own recognizance. Criminal Mischief — Victor M. Alvarenga-Rosales, 20, no known address. Medford police arrested Alvarenga-Rosales Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday and released on his own recognizance. Criminal Mischief — Chandler Valentin Ruiz, 19, of the 800 block of East Ninth Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ruiz Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Sex Offender Registration — Ryan Christopher Lehmann, 34, of the 700 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Lehmann Wednesday on felony charges of failing to register his address as a sex offender and failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Joseph Lloyd Cozo, 46, of the 3100 block of Avenue G, White City. On Wednesday, Cozo made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released on his own recognizance. Burglary — Tabitha Ann Taravella, 23, no known address. Ashland police arrested Taravella Wednesday on two felony warrants charging second-degree burglary, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, two misdemeanor warrants charging second-degree theft, a misdemeanor warrant charging attempted second-degree burglary, and a warrant charging failure to appear on a previous second-degree trespassing charge. She was booked in the jail Wednesday and released because of overcrowding. Unlawful use of a Weapon — Jerry Todd Lewis, 58, of the 600 block of Normal Avenue, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Lewis Wednesday on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and menacing. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $17,500. Drug Possession — Michael Gomez-Castrejon, 20, of Panorama City, Calif. Jackson County. Medford police arrested Gomez-Castrejon Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine distribution. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $30,000 bail. Crime report Theft and Vandalism — Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle and vandalism at 8:41 a.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of Springbrook Road. Items reported stolen included a paraglider wing, a paraglider harness and white reserve parachute. A pickup camper window was reportedly broken, and super glue was poured into the ignition. The loss and damage was valued at $4,835.
