Medford police arrested Moore late Monday on charges of possession of amphetamine and interrupting a 911 call. There also were warrants charging him with probation violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Bryan Cleve McCullom, 36, of the 200 block of North 10th Street, Central Point. Central Point police arrested McCullom late Monday on a charge of possession of amphetamine. There also were warrants charging him with vehicle-related violations. He was jailed on $11,790 bail. Drugs — Maverick Damien Binkley, 25, of the 20000 block of Highway 62, Shady Cove. Central Point police arrested Binkley early Tuesday on charges of possession of cocaine and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was jailed on $9,000 bail. Assault — Adam Eugene Skinner, 20, of the 200 block of Thundercloud Circle, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Skinner early Tuesday on charges of fourth-degree assault, hit and run, two counts of reckless endangering and one count each of reckless driving and driving under the influence intoxicants. He was jailed on $24,000 bail. Drugs — Robert Joseph Perez, 47, of the 500 block of Winter Way, Talent. Medford police arrested Perez on July 17 on charges of possession and delivery of amphetamine. He faced an added charge Tuesday of possession of amphetamine and was held in jail on $55,000 bail. Forgery — Gary Wayne Burgess, 40, no permanent address. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Burgess Tuesday on warrants charging him with five counts of first-degree forgery, six counts of second-degree theft and two counts of negotiating a bad check. There also were warrants charging him with violating probation conditions of assault and drug convictions. He was jailed without bail. Theft — Aja Michelle Benefiel, 21, of the 4900 block of West Griffin Creek Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Benefiel Tuesday on two counts of first-degree theft. She was jailed on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Kerri Ann Martin, 28, of the 600 block of Berrydale Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Martin Tuesday on two counts of possession of amphetamine and violating probation conditions of a drug conviction. She was jailed without bail. Crime report Burglary — Ashland police Tuesday received a report that Cucina Biazzi on East Main Street, Ashland, was burglarized. Alcoholic beverages with an estimated $250 value were reported stolen. Fire calls The cause of a fire that torched two racks of miscellaneous second-hand items outside Value Village Tuesday was undetermined. Three firefighters with one engine quickly extinguished the 8:30 a.m. blaze that started behind the Biddle Road store, said Medford Fire Capt. Wayne Painter. The store was not damaged. No one was injured.
