Emergency services, March 28 Posted Mar 28, 2018 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Jessica Fawn Sweet, 30, of the 300 block of Pear Street, Ashland. Medford police arrested Sweet Monday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of deliver, manufacturing and possessing heroin, and delivering and possessing meth. She remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on $97,500 bail. Drugs — Jessica Grace Velasquez, 24, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Velasquez Tuesday on a felony warrant charging her with possessing methamphetamine, and misdemeanor warrants charging her with failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth, possessing heroin, and second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail. Forgery — Melena Kristine Kotsios, 46, of the 1000 block of North Third Street, Central Point. On Tuesday, Kotsios made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of first-degree forgery and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree forgery. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Mack Lee Ceideburg, 53, of the 3800 block of Antelope Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Ceideburg Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine and unlawful possession of marijuana, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing meth, and driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail on more than $1 million bail. Drugs — Derek James Eaton, 40, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Eaton Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing oxycodone and possessing a Schedule II controlled substance, on misdemeanor counts of possessing Schedule IV controlled substances and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of reckless driving and resisting arrest. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $25,000 bail. Drugs — Amos Kenneth Tilford, 54, no known address. Medford police arrested Tilford Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $7,500 bail. Crime reports Theft — 2100 block of Corona Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen vehicle at 7:20 a.m. Monday. Items inside the vehicle included a Lamiglas fishing rod, another fishing pole, prescription medication and the vehicle's keys. The items were valued at $542. Found Property — 1800 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of ammunition found in bushes at 9:44 a.m. Monday. Lost Property — 2500 block of Dellwood Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of missing guns at 1:00 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $600. Theft — 2000 block of Hospitality Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 2:01 p.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included jewelry that includes a ring and bracelet, a pair of gold ring binoculars and a Coach bag. The loss was valued at $7,403. Theft — 1100 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 2:03 p.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included a gray Bose Bluetooth speaker, an Amazon Kindle in a leather case with saddle design, a canvas Roxy shoulder bag, paperback book and paperwork. The loss was valued at $600. Theft — 100 block of Hawthorne Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Rogue Disposal trash canister at 2:12 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $250. Vandalism — 800 block of Black Oak Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a construction site at 12:03 p.m. Tuesday. The multiple taggings were valued at $800. Theft — 500 block of Bessie Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 4:34 p.m. Tuesday. An Oregon tax refund check and two paychecks were reported stolen.
