Medford police Monday arrested Herbert on charges of possession of amphetamines and for violating his parole from a previous felony theft conviction. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday without bail. Drugs — Jamie Alissa Averill Harvey, 22, of Burlingame, Calif. Harvey made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on three counts of possession of controlled substances, reckless driving, driving under the influence of intoxicants, and second-degree criminal mischief. She was processed Monday at the Jackson County Jail then released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Amber Marie Surgeon, 19, of the 2100 block of Taylor Road, Central Point. Officers from the Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team on Monday arrested Surgeon on two counts of possession of amphetamines and one count each of manufacturing a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $50,000 bail. Assault — Ana Maria Marcial, 32, no address available. Medford police Monday arrested Marcial on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she was being held Monday in lieu of $12,000 bail.
