Emergency services, Oct. 15 Sunday Oct 15, 2017 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Rape — Nathan James Gilstrap, 19, of the 100 block of Hidden Valley Drive, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Gilstrap Saturday on felony charges of first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Saturday on $1 million bail. Driving While Suspended — Misty Marie Lepine, 43, of the 700 block of Stevens Street, Medford. Ashland police arrested Lepine Saturday on a felony charge of driving while suspended or revoked and a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Saturday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Adam Andrew Garrison, 34, of the 1000 block of Kamerin Springs Drive, Talent. Medford police arrested Garrison Saturday on felony charges of delivering and manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school and possessing meth. He was lodged in jail Saturday on more than $1 million bail. Sex-Offender Registration — Richard Derek Culver, 28, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Culver Saturday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday and failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $20,000 bail. Burglary — Andrew Charles Pierce, 41, of the first block of Pierce Heights, Medford. Medford police arrested Pierce Saturday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and identity theft, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft and on an out-of-county warrant charging him with identity theft. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Theft — Adam Russell Baughman, 36, of Sweet Home. Medford police arrested Baughman Saturday on felony charges of first-degree theft, possessing heroin and possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing and carrying a concealed firearm and on a California fugitive warrant. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Rape — James Morris Eychner, 29, of the 2200 block of Lampman Road, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Eychner Saturday on felony charges of first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $1 million bail. Vehicle Theft — Anthony Ryan Schafer, 28, no known address. Ashland police arrested Schafer Saturday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $12,500 bail. Assault — James William Adams, 56, no known address. Medford police arrested Adams Saturday on a felony charge of third-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $12,500 bail.
