Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Bishop on charges of second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit first-degree theft, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, attempted first-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was held Monday in lieu of $27,000 bail. Burglary — Wayne Mathew Brinkley, 28, of the 300 block of May Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Brinkley on charges of second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit first-degree theft, conspiracy to commit first-degree arson and several misdemeanor warrants. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday without bail. Burglary — Michael Anthony Lydon, 38, of the 200 block of Mistletoe Street, Ashland. Ashland police Monday arrested Lydon on charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespass. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was held Monday in lieu of $14,000 bail. Fugitive — Michael Bruce Tabares, 29, of the 700 block of Brookside Street, Rogue River. Medford police Monday arrested Tabares on a fugitive warrant out of California, where he is wanted on an assault charge. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held without bail. Vehicle theft — Jacqueline Faye Davis, 32, no address available. Medford police Monday arrested Davis on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and failing to appear on identity theft, credit card fraud and theft charges. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she was held Monday in lieu of $20,000 bail. Miscellaneous Jail releases — A total of 64 inmates were released last week from the Jackson County Jail to meet its court-ordered cap of 255 inmates. Of those, 16 were released before their scheduled court appearances, two were granted an early release from a sentence and 46 were released for other reasons.
