He was lodged in jail. Thursday, 3:38 a.m. — Ashland police arrested a man on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft II at the corner of Ashland Street and Clover Lane. Thursday, 7:59 a.m. — Ashland police arrested a man on the charge of persistent violation in the 300 block of Lithia Way. Thursday, 9:24 a.m. — Ashland police arrested a man on the charge of interfering with a police officer in the 0 block of Water Street. Thursday, 10:13 a.m. — Ashland police took a report from a citizen claiming an assault took place in the 500 block of East Main Street. The incident remains under investigation. Thursday, 10:43 a.m. — Ashland police cited and released a man on the charge of prohibited camping in the 0 block of Water Street. Thursday, 6:41 p.m. — Ashland police cited a man for scattering rubbish in the 100 block of East Main Street. Thursday, 8:46 p.m. — Ashland police arrested a man on the charges of disorderly conduct II, three counts of menacing and an unlawful use of a weapon in the 100 block of Lincoln Street.
