Emergency services, April 22 By Mail Tribune staff Updated: Apr 22, 2021 08:00 AM A A Felony arrests Drugs — Brandon Michael Robinson, 39, of the 900 block of Beall Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Robinson Tuesday on felony charges of possessing heroin and possessing less than an ounce of methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon, and on an out-of-county warrant. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Assault — Anjelica Julianna Rivas, 22, no known address. On Wednesday, Rivas made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, misdemeanor charges of harassment, second-degree trespassing, contempt of court, possessing heroin and possessing methamphetamine. Medford police originally arrested Rivas Monday on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of third-degree theft. She was held in jail Wednesday on $60,000 bail. Vehicle Theft — Leta Jean Schroeder, 43, no known address. On Wednesday, Schroeder made a court appearance on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Medford police originally arrested Schroeder Tuesday on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing, misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of second-degreee burglary and first-degree theft and for violating her parole on a prior vehicle theft conviction. She was held in jail Wednesday without bail.
