Medford police on Sunday arrested Bellamy on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail, then released Monday morning on his own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Mathew Ray Goergen, 19, of the 2900 block of Erline Way, Central Point. Medford police on Sunday arrested Goergen on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail, then released Monday morning on his own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Karl Raymond Wulff, 19, of the 3400 block of Viewpoint Drive, Medford. Medford police on Sunday arrested Wulff on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail, then released Monday morning on his own recognizance. Drugs — Delbert Love Cole, 47, of the VA Domiciliary, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Cole Sunday on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail, then released Monday afternoon on his own recognizance. Drugs — Michael Allen Lear, 36, of the 700 block of West 11th Street, Medford. Lear made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court for arraignment on indictments charging him with possession and delivery of amphetamines as well as being a convicted felon in possession of a weapon. He was processed at the Jackson County Jail, then released Monday on his own recognizance. Drugs — John Vernon Hughes Jr., 39, of Klamath Falls. Medford police late Sunday arrested Hughes on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail, released Monday on his own recognizance. Miscellaneous Jail releases — A total of 71 inmates were released last week from the Jackson County Jail to meet its court-ordered cap of no more than 190 inmates. Of those, 37 were released before their scheduled court appearances, four were granted early release from a sentence and 30 were released for other reasons.
