Emergency services, April 2 Sunday Apr 2, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Sex Offender Registration — Wesley Kevin Hoseclaw, 52, no known address. Medford police arrested Hoseclaw Friday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Allan Michael Scott Florea, 21, no known address. Medford police arrested Florea Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of fourth-degree assault. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Forrest Alexis Garrett, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Garrett Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Jeffrey Lyn Grant, 56, of the 2300 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Grant Saturday on felony charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous second-degree theft charge. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $20,500 bail. Drugs — Thomas Michael Baugh, 26, of the 300 block of Berrydale Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Baugh Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and harassment and for violating his parole on a previous second-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Sex Offender Registration — William Lee Williams, 34, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Williams Saturday on a felony warrant charging him with failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $7,500 bail. Crime report Theft — 1200 block of Garfield Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen jewelry at 9:56 a.m. Saturday. Items reported stolen included a platinum diamond ring with blue stones, large gold hoop earrings with diamonds and gold teardrop hoop earrings with diamonds. The loss was valued at $8,500.
