Felony arrests Assault — Mario Ramirez, 46, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Ramirez Monday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Monday and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Benjamin Paul Lusby Jr., 57, no known address. Medford police arrested Lusby Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior meth possession conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail. Drugs — Alvaro Haro Jr., 30, of the 7500 block of Rocio Drive, White City. Medford police arrested Haro Tuesday on felony counts of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of failing to report as a sex offender and harassment. He was held in jail Tuesday on $37,500 bail. Drugs — Tessa Maray Roediger, 27, of the 1000 block of Garfield Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Roediger Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, a felony warrant charging her with a separate count of heroin possession and on a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine. She was held in jail Tuesday on $35,000 bail. Burglary — David Michael DeMello, 26, of the 6500 block of Crowfoot Road, Trail. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested DeMello Tuesday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor counts of second-degree trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief. He was held in jail Tuesday on $12,500 bail. Assault — Seth Allen Chipley, 18, of the 500 block of Glairgeau Circle, Medford. On Tuesday, Chipley made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of third-degree assault. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — George Bailey Shiroma, 46, no known address. Medford police arrested Shiroma Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and on felony warrants charging him with additional counts of manufacturing, delivering and possessing meth. He was held in jail Tuesday on more than $1 million bail. Assault — Korujah Sol Salinas, 19, no known address. Ashland police arrested Salinas Tuesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was held in jail Tuesday on $10,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 1000 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of $10 worth of fuel stolen from a vehicle. Vehicle Theft — 200 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle theft at 9:22 a.m. Monday. Items inside the vehicle included large black totes containing auto detailing equipment, a central pneumatic air compressor and a red and gray pressure washer. The loss inside the vehicle were valued at $900. Theft — 1000 block of Court Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of two stolen Ultimate Ears speakers at 9:37 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $389. Vandalism — 1300 block of Center Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a dented vehicle at 10:42 a.m. Monday. The damage was valued at $950. Theft — 2000 block of Cardinal Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 1:20 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included a Type R battery charger, DeWalt 18-volt charger, two DeWalt batteries, removable center console, prescription glasses and a fishing pole. The loss was valued at $480. Vandalism — East McAndrews and Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of graffiti to a pillar and barrier at 2:49 p.m. Monday. The damage was valued at $30. Theft — 200 block of South Front Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of two sets of bike tires taken from a mountain bike at 4:22 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $100. Theft — 200 block of Cheyenne Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen rear license plate at 5:05 p.m. The loss was valued at $43. Vandalism — 1100 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a gate’s locking mechanism at 5:53 p.m. Monday. The damage was valued at $250. Vehicle Theft — 1000 block of Terminal Loop Parkway, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen vehicle at 6:27 p.m. Monday. The vehicle’s tires and wheels, valued at $1,000, were not recovered. Theft — 3000 block of Kingsgate Circle, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen soda cans and bottles at 6:31 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $25. Theft — 2500 block of Thorn Oak Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen blood pressure machine and pedicure machine at 10:36 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $120. Theft — 2000 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 7:34 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a Kimber Custom Crimson Carry II handgun, a Dell laptop, a National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics championship backpack and a black Nike backpack. The loss was valued at $1,760. Vehicle Theft — 3000 block of State Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vehicle theft at 8:22 a.m. Tuesday. Vandalism — 2900 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of a drilled-out ignition at 8:48 a.m. Damage estimates were not immediately available. Theft — 600 block of Midway Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a wallet, a handheld two-way radio, red flannel clothing, headphones and miscellaneous stamp cards, business cards and food stamp cards. The loss was valued at $170.
