Flasher sentenced to 10 days behind bars A Medford man who admits he exposed himself to a girls� volleyball team was sentenced Tuesday to 10 days in jail and five years� probation. Solon Adrian Sebring, 26, pleaded guilty to a single felony count of public indecency. He conceded he attempted to "arouse" sexual desire by showing his genitals in a public place. Outside the courtroom, Sebring declined to comment on the case. In late September, Sebring was accused of exposing himself to a busload of eighth-grade girls from Eagle Point Junior High School. The girls told police a motorist was in his car masturbating, his pants down at his knees, on Crater Lake Avenue near East McAndrews Road. A team coach and the bus driver got the license plate from the man�s car, leading to an investigation that ended with Sebring�s arrest in early October. Sebring originally was charged with misdemeanor public indecency, but the charge was elevated to a felony because of his criminal record, said attorney David Orf. Sebring was convicted two years ago for contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor. Sebring later married the girl, who was 17 at the time. The couple have an 8-month-old daughter. Sebring won�t begin serving his jail sentence for a week. Once he�s released from jail he�ll be placed under the county�s supervision. Judge Mark Schiveley also ordered Sebring to register himself as a sex offender, undergo sex offender treatment and pay a $505 fine.
