Central Point police Friday arrested Donovan on charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear on a charge of driving while suspended. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $10,555 bail. Assault — Shawn Ryan Rothell, 37, of the 100 block of Seroba Creek Road, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Rothell on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, felony strangulation, menacing and harassment. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Leah Anne Wheeler, 34, of the first block of East South Stage Road, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Wheeler on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault, two counts of menacing, harassment and a probation violation for tampering with drug records. She was lodged in the jail without bail. Drugs — Boyce Andrew McAllister, 19, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested McAllister on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal trespass and failure to appear on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree theft and third-degree theft. He was lodged in the jail. Drugs — James Robert Bennett, 34, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Bennett on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree disorderly conduct and a parole violation for fourth-degree felony assault. He was lodged in the jail without bail.   Crime reports Burglary — 700 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report at 2:54 a.m. Friday of a burglary to a residence during which a black Samsung tablet, a crank set, an FSA head set, a KMC bike chain, Redline 180mm chrome crank, three Monster bike necks, a Delta handlebar stem and four Redline Hollowpoint handlebar stems were taken. The loss was valued at $2,838. Burglary — 1800 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 8:35 p.m. Friday of a burglary to a residence during which a Samsung Galaxy cellphone, a 47-inch HDTV, a 36-inch HDTV, an ACER netbook, a Toshiba laptop, a Norelco electric razor, a portable Bluetooth speaker and a portable DVD player were taken and a front door, a bedroom door and an antique family heirloom were vandalized. The loss was valued at $2,711.
