Medford police charged Thomas with second- degree forgery, second-degree possession of a forged instrument and second-degree theft on Thursday. He remained in Jackson County Jail Friday night without bail. Drugs — Tyler Jeremy Petersen, 20, of the 300 block of South Holly Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Petersen Friday on charges of possession of amphetamines and a concealed knife. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $5,000 bail. Forgery — Cerella Ann Powell, 45, of the 300 block of Haven Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Powell Friday on charges of first- degree possession of a forged instrument and failure to comply on a past theft charge. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Friday night on $8,000 bail. Drugs — Toni Kay Carling, 40, of the 900 block of Glendower Street, Ashland. Medford police arrested Carling Friday on charges of possession of amphetamines and second-degree theft. She was lodged at the jail, where she remained Friday night on $6,000 bail. Sex offender — Pat Paul Albert Cooley, 68, of Winchester Bay. Central Point police arrested Cooley Friday on charges of failure to register his birthday and address as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $15,000 bail. Assault — Samuel Elliot Frodge, 19, of the 500 block of Dogwood Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Frodge Friday on charges of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $31,000 bail. Advertisement Theft — Erick Eugene Clements, 36, of the 1000 block of Tamara Circle, Medford. Clements appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released. Tampering — Diane Elizabeth Petermann, 38, of the 100 block of Crocker Street, Ashland. Petermann appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with tampering with a drug record. She was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Victor Jose Montes, 34, of the 2000 block of Corey Road, White City. Montes appeared in Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Gary Allen Harrison, 51, of the 2500 block of Howard Avenue, Medford. Harrison appeared in Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging him with possession of heroin. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Tara May Lukkes, 23, of the 2600 block of Connell Avenue, Medford. Lukkes appeared in Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines and endangering a minor. She was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Ryan Michael Oliver, 21, on the 900 block of West 10th Street, Medford. Oliver appeared in Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Janet Kay Rose, 48, of the 1800 block of Marsh Lane, Medford. Rose appeared in Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging her with possession and delivery of amphetamines and two counts each of possession and delivery of marijuana. She was booked into jail and released. Crime reports Theft — 1200 block of North Modoc Road, Medford. Medford police took a report Thursday of a theft of two Glock handguns and a camcorder. The items had an estimated total value of $1,400. Theft — 2300 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report Friday of a theft of a red 1993 Mitsubishi with Oregon license plate UNG 330. Graffiti — Ashland. Ashland police took reports of graffiti at several places through downtown and at the skate park this week. Officials didn’t know if the scattered graffiti was related, but the investigation continues.
