Emergency services, Oct. 10 Monday Oct 10, 2016 at 2:00 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Victor Chavez Capetillo, 37, of the 0 block of Rose Avenue, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Capetillo on charges of probation violation, possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and second-degree criminal trespassing. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Matthew Robert Whaley, 39, of the 4000 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Central Point police Saturday arrested Whaley on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was booked at the jail and released due to overcrowding. Drugs — Warren Alexander Rich, 31, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Rich on charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear in court. He was booked at the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs, theft — Benjamin Frederick Rowland, 38, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Rowland on charges of possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail on $12,500 bail. Drugs, car theft — Stephen Lloyd Holt, 35, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Holt on charges of possession of methamphetamine, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle. He was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail. Drugs, sex offender — Michael Vance Milligan, 26, no listed address. Medford police Sunday arrested Milligan on charges of possession of methamphetamine, failure to register as a sex offender and contempt of court. He was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail. Drugs —  Jeremie Leif Vincent, 45, no listed address. Medford police Sunday arrested Vincent on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
