SOU women win second straight Cascade Conference game OLYMPIA, Wash. - Kara Magee-Arick scored 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting to lead the Southern Oregon University women's basketball team to a convincing, 94-55 Cascade Conference victory over Evergreen State on Saturday. The Raiders (5-4 overall, 2-0 Cascade), who led 51-21 at the half, outrebounded Evergreen 47-26 and shot 50 percent from the field. "Just about everything worked for us," said SOU coach Kevin Wilson. "We ran really well and dominated the boards. We were clicking." Sara Marks added 15 points, while Jaime Stanford finished with 12. Amy Tangedahl controlled the glass for SOU with a game-high 11 rebounds.
