CP police might be able to reunite people with items stolen from their vehicles By Mail Tribune staff Updated: Jan 22, 2022 07:30 PM A A The Central Point Police Department is asking that residents contact them if they have had items stolen from their vehicles recently. After going out on a call of an activated vehicle alarm in the 800 block of Forest Glen Drive just before 2:15 a.m. Friday, officers searched the area and located two suspects walking near Glengrove Avenue and White Chapel Drive who had several stolen items in their possession, according to a press release. While two victims had stolen items returned, the police department still has some other items taken from unlocked vehicles in the area. Those who live in the area and have had items stolen from their vehicle can contact Central Point Police at 541-664-5578. Refer to case number 22-0460.
