LARRY MENDTE COMMENTARY: Senate Trial By Ian Berenger Jan 18, 2021 08:15 PM A A As inauguration day nears closer many eyes are set on the current attempt to impeach President Trump. This time around would make him the only president in US history to be impeached not once but twice. Although a handful of Republicans have sided with the movement to impeach a vast majority think we should be focusing on reuniting the country. It’s going to be extremely hard to get the President convicted by the senate but if successful would dash any chance at a 2024 presidential run.
