Brice,
Per our conversation earlier today regarding the inspection report results, I am emailing you to address the
concerns in the inspection report. My sales manager and I spoke about everything on Friday. The following are the
concerns and resolutions:
1. Transmission air leak — We believe the splitter is not fully disengaging which is causing the air
leak. We will get that fixed before delivery.
2. Transmission Leak — From what the inspection told me, it appears as if the transmission pan
gasket has a slight leak. We will get that fixed before delivery.
3. Below spec brakes on the rear/rear axle — We will replace the brakes to bring the truck up to DOT
spec.
4. Throw out bearing noise - Right now, we do not know what the cause of that noise is. It could be
wear, or it could be out of adjustment. We will make sure this item is corrected before delivery.
5. Clearance lights missing on the cab — This truck had a sunshade over the windshield which had
lights built into it. At some point and time, the sunshade was removed, and with it, the lights as
well. We will not be replacing that item since it does not violate any DOT regulations.
6. Cracks in the bed — The cracks are from wear and tear. The cracks do not violate any DOT
regulations so we would not be attempting to mend the cracks. In addition, trying to mend the
EFTA00843108
cracks could lead complications later down the road (i.e. metal fatigue, bigger cracks if the welds
breaks...).
I look forward to your response. Have a great day.

Mileage: 140,725
Asking Price: 82,500
Negotiated Price: 79,000

We should receive inspection later today and truck can be onsite in 7 business days
Brice says if we proceed he would not rent additional truck at cost of 3,500 for next week
Please advise if ok to proceed if inspection comes back ok

Good Morning Richard,
Unfortunately, I cannot go below the $79,000 selling price. Oklahoma City's original selling price was $85,000.
The used truck sales manager is none too happy with me selling the unit at $79,000. For the year, mileage and
condition of the truck, the selling price of $85,000 is on point per book. In addition, you have the proper amount of
horsepower and correct gear ratio for hauling the heavy loads that will be hauled. If you want to move forward at
$79,000, I can have the inspections performed before weeks end. Truth be told, the trucks I have recently found are
selling at the same price and nowhere near the condition of this truck (i.e. torn seats, rust, damage to the body and
chassis).

Just wanted to follow up with you. Are you looking to move forward on the 2011 Intl Dump at $79,000?
Just want to see what I need to do next. I am not sure if I told you but the truck is at our Oklahoma City Dealership.

Brice,
Per our conversation earlier, I have attached the flyer for the 2011 International Dump. I may have to send you a
couple emails with all the pictures I have (10) since my email is limited on the file size I can send. I will check on an older unit,
much like the one that was sold on us, on Monday. Thank you for continuing to work with me. I truly appreciate it.
