Primary international data sources included: • OECD Health at a Glance indicators • WHO Global Health Observatory (GHO) indicators • Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) Global Burden of Disease data • International Agency for Research on Cancer statistics Countries supplemented these with national health surveys, registry data, and administrative databases to provide comprehensive assessment of their health system capacity for early NCD intervention.
