USE CASE 12 C4IR KSA Pavilion A strategic pilot in support of Vision 2030The challenge Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Saudi Arabia (C4IR KSA) joined the Global Collaboration Village to address a dual challenge: how to showcase Saudi Arabia’s industrial transformation globally, and how to position the Kingdom as a policy innovator amid rapid digital disruption. The goal was to elevate the visibility of Saudi Arabia’s Industry 4.0 efforts and small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) enablement work, directly aligned with its Vision 2030 initiative. The Village’s role Using virtual showcases, the Centre highlighted its regulatory toolkits, policy sandboxes and frameworks for SME support – connecting with a global audience through the World Economic Forum’s convening power. Participants The Village provided participants with a high-visibility platform for immersive storytelling, enabling C4IR KSA to bring to life Saudi Arabia’s innovation hubs and SME digital transformation journey. Key moment This immersive engagement reinforced C4IR KSA’s global reputation for digital policy leadership. It encouraged recognition of Saudi Arabia’s transformation agenda and embedded its tools across broader Forum platforms. C4IR KSA’s programmes and tools continue to live on across the Forum’s digital ecosystem, supporting innovation and amplifying Saudi Arabia’s transformation journey. The Centre remains active across the World Economic Forum’s digital ecosystem, continuing to source innovation, visualize complexity and amplify Saudi Arabia’s transformation journey.
