Monday, 11:55 a.m. — A subject stop at the intersection of Lithia Way and North Second Street led to a citation for violating open container laws and a warrant arrest. Monday, 12:48 p.m. — Police confiscated property at the intersection of East Main Street and Campus Way. Monday, 1:35 p.m. — Police cited a man for smoking in a prohibited area in the first block of Winburn Way.  Monday, 6:01 p.m. — Police arrested a woman on a warrant in the 400 block of Wightman Street.  Monday, 6:19 p.m. — Police cited a man for violating open container laws and smoking in a prohibited area in the first block of Winburn Way. Monday, 9:01 p.m. — A subject stop in the 700 block of A Street led to a warrant arrest. Tuesday, 1:22 a.m. — A subject stop in the 2300 block of Ashland Street led to a warrant arrest.
