The same man was charged with breaking the two windows of vehicles parked on the 700 block of Terrace Street. From one of the vehicles he is said to have took a Blackberry phone. Wednesday 2:06 a.m. — Police cited a 21 year old Ashland man for providing alcohol to a under aged girl and they also cited the 20 year old girl for being in possession of the alcohol. Tuesday 9:59 p.m. — Ashland Fire and Rescue responded to a flu fire on the 200 block of Ridge Road. The fire was cotained in the chimney and was put out in ten minutes time. Tuesday 10:38 p.m. — Police cited a 19 year old Grants Pass man for driving under the influence of hallucinogens on Webster Street. Tuesday 4:30 p.m. — Police cited a 53 year old transient woman for stealing makeup and an incense stick from Market of Choice. Tuesday — A person reported that the tires to a PT Cruiser were slashed in their driveway on the 1200 block of Iowa Street. Tuesday — Police cited a 20 year old Ashland man with stealing chicken strips and JoJo potatoes from Market of Choice. Monday 5:15 p.m. — A woman reported that her purse was taken from her unlocked car in the Rite Aid parking lot. Monday 4:40 p.m. — Rite Aid reported that someone had made a fraudulent purchase using stolen checks and a driver's license. Monday 3:09 p.m. — Police cited a 19 year old transient man for trespassing at a Southern Oregon University dorm and for being in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
