North Medford Black, 12-1, defeated North Medford Red in the championship game. Alex Jaskoviak was named to the all-tournament team for North Medford Black. Golf Sam Renfer of Phoenix recorded a hole-in-one Jan. 26 at Pacific Dunes Golf Course. Renfer aced the 96-yard 11th hole with a 6-iron. Witnesses were Len Renfer and Diane and Tom Love. Advertisement Chris Hibner scored a hole-in-one on the 115-yard 15th hole during a Senior Monday tournament at the Eagle Point Golf Course on Feb. 2. Hibner’s shot was witnessed by Gary Highland, Bud Diderickson and C.T. Cox. Bowling Neal Roberts notched an 837 series with games of 279, 290 and 268 at Lava Lanes. Fred Kadin rolled his fourth 300 game this season in the Commercial League at Medford Lanes on Jan. 28. Greg Hawley notched his third 300 game of the season in the Commercial League and finished with a 795 series at Medford Lanes on Jan. 21. Jerome Lee scored a 300 game in the Commercial League at Medford Lanes on Jan. 21. Scharie Bostrom bowled a 736 series in the Sunday Night Mix League at Medford Lanes on Jan. 18. Verlene Kenaston notched a 715 series at Lava Lanes. Junior bowler Jordan Ellis scored his first 700 series (a 706) in the Junior Scholarship Stars League at Medford Lanes.
