Chamberlin was 4-for-7 from the 3-point arc and finished with a game-high 19 points in the Southwest Conference contest. Jasmin Falls registered 16 points and 12 rebounds for the Panthers (19-3, 11-0 SWC), who also got 16 points, five rebounds and three steals from Julissa Tago. Defensively, the Panthers collected 13 steals and forced 21 turnovers in the contest. On the offensive end, they shot 51 percent from the field. The Panthers’ Lauren Orndoff tallied 15 points and Jonnay Foote collected seven points and seven assists. Illinois Valley (18-6, 8-0 SCL), which had Kynan Nordahl and Avery Neville score 10 points each, jumped out to a 10-1 first-quarter lead. CHILOQUIN 63, BUTTE FALLS 39: At Chiloquin, Butte Falls sophomore post Destinee Ault posted her first varsity double-double with 11 points and 16 rebounds in a losing effort in the Mountain Valley League road contest. The Loggers (7-12, 3-10 MVL) had 19 turnovers in the first half and trailed 35-10 at intermission. Raleigh Weaver added 15 points, eight rebounds and six blocks for Butte Falls. HOSANNA CHRISTIAN 59, PROSPECT 26: At Prospect, Baley VanWormer had 14 points and 10 rebounds for Prospect during Mountain Valley League action.
